T-Mobile Speech-to-Speech Service “Andy’s Story”

Speech-to-Speech service uses trained operators to assist callers that have a speech disability.  Andy appreciates using STS because he stutters.  When he is tired or in a stressful situation, such as speaking in front of an audience or on a phone call, it become more pronounced.  In this moving testimonial, we captured Andy’s heartfelt explanation of his struggles and asks viewers of this video to accept and understand.  We also produced shorter versions including for TV.
