RCC "Options"

Individuals with hearing loss often are unintentionally excluded from conference calls and webinars because they have a hard time hearing the words of the speakers on the call. Relay Conference Captioning provides both captions of each participant and an option for a person with hearing loss or speech difficulty to have their words voiced for them into the call. We created both this long-form video and a 30-second TV spot.
