CapTel "Sisters"

Sprint CapTel (now T-Mobile CapTel) is a captioned telephone service provided free of charge for persons who have difficulty understanding words spoken on a telephone. We needed to demonstrate the new CapTel 2400i phone in all its glory, so we focused on one of our key targets - the adult children of persons with hearing loss. They often are information gatherers and caregivers for their parents.
